Don't get me wrong, these ladies look just as gorgeous in bright light- it's just that I snapped these pics in really low light, taking advantage of those wayward spotlights and some really dim light sources. I just love the effect of not having to use a flash in the dark. :)

very nice capture Ardie, low light shooting adds drama to the subject. Im guessing you used a 50mm in this shot :) beautiful!!

Thanks Allan, I used the 18-200 VR at full zoom, hand held! I was literally holding my breath to prevent camera shake. Then again, these girls stare at you long enough, you'd really hold your breath! :)

Thanks, mailboxck- Yeah I do think so too- it's great when you capture images that's pretty close to what you see with your own eyes.

Hi Allan, no actually- I used the 18-200mm VR. Not a very fast lens but the VR and setting the cam on ISO3200 certainly helped. I wish I had the 50mm or the 85mm 1.8 for this though.

Hi Tita Carol! How've you been? Yeah I do think so- I make it a point to always carry my photography gear despite being sent to events for our video coverage, this way I don't miss anything picture worthy, gorgeous ladies included. :)
