A dream roadtrip up North here in the Philippines would definitely have to include going around the coastlines of Laoag in Ilocos Norte, before or after experiencing Vigan. Must see attractions are the Lighthouse at Cape Bojeador, the Bangui Windmills, and of course the beaches of Pagudpud where you'll see some of the most dramatic sunsets on Earth.
